Just had my car detailed after my cat had an accident in the backseat on the way to the vet. The odor was extremely strong, and that’s after several attempts of cleaning it. My car now smells brand new and the inside looks brand new! They did a phenomenal job! Thank you to the detailers 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Always a great result on any vehicle I've taken here. If you've got stubborn brake dust on your wheels or a particularly nasty smattering of bugs on your front bumper, the $9 ultimate wash does a remarkably good job. For regular dirty cars, the $3 wash is an awesome value.

I get my car washed at Zappy’s in Mentor frequently. The other day, there was a problem with the chain, as I was just going under the entrance to the car wash. So I was stuck there! I just wanted to comment on the professionalism of Ben, Charlie and Riley. They were very kind kept me informed and helped me back out. They did a great job Hand washing my car. Good job guys!!!
